Is the complete lack of sales of Ropren so far attributed entirely to the failure of Solgran to offer it for sale?

And the explanation for that is that they can't figure out the price at which to sell it - is that right?

And the reason for that, according to Kilroy, is that the other complementary-style stuff made along the way also has a cost? (and what? - they don't want to risk accidentally recovering some of that through Ropren? huh? the risk is what, again?)

It was a bit hard to follow exactly the points kilroy was trying to make, because in my opinion, his answers in the Sept BRR were borderline gibberish.
