Just noticed a Business Name Registration in Melbourne The ACN Number is 63698969. This Business name was Incorporated on the 23rd of October 2019 It is 140 Foot Ventures(Australia) Pty Ltd, very similar in name to our second largest Shareholder in KKL, 140 Foot Ventures(Singapore) Pte Ltd, owned, according to KKL Management, by one Gary Fitzgerald, he may have silent partners. Who knows? The interesting thing is this new Registration is in the Name of Charles Hunting, a Director of KKL. Some of us have always felt there was an Association between these two Individuals. You may also be interested to know that both Charles and Gary, are Directors of Infitecs P/L and both large Shareholders. Gary Fitzgerald was hired in 2019 on behalf of Infitecs P/L to do some High level Technical work on CertainID for Data61. His payment for this work will be paid thru Infitecs P/l, this of course means that Charles Hunting should also benefit as a major Shareholder in Infitecs P/l. May as well keep the money in the Family. Let's hope we actually have an A.G.M.
