Of course it could be misleading, even if not intentionally. The receiver of the "information" could misinterpret the information and write it down so it's ambigious etc, etc, etc.
Fair enough, but I gave the name of the person I poke with so that others could confirm what I was told. It was really a nothing of a conversation. I didn't even ask when the testing would be complete!
