Perhaps it's force of habit but you completely and doggedly miss the point. The only two questions that need answering in the context of the children overboard is:
1.Who was responsible ultimately for putting the women and children onboard, not only Siev X but, on all the overloaded, unseaworthy boats that were headed for Australia?
2. Did they put the passengers lives at great risk by this action?
The smokescreen that you attempt to raise is about a different issue altogether.
