We failed in the 1990s too, so I don't think it's generational. Their no doubt a marketing machine like Voltaren will always beat PNO. But they're a billion dollar company. We just need to make small inroads.

Will be interesting what feedback our version of deepheat gets. Still haven't had an explaination of why we abandoned the peptide formula but 99% sure we have fast tracked the gel by going down this path. Just want PNO to explain the reasons/benefits.
