as claimed by GPT CEO, GPT's strategy focus on our core portfolios in the Australian retail, office and
industrial/business park sectors, GPT bought partial share of Highpoint with the yield only about 6.5% but sold the Homemaker City Windsor centre in Brisbane with the yield as high as 9.5%. It's difficult to understand the point of the "strategy" applied in these buy and sell.
