The relationship between asset price and yield is a weird one.
Often a lower yield indicates a higher asset price or future asset valuation. Its an inverse quality indicator.
Consider a pair of shoes - they both fit their customers.. and you have one pair that is valued at $100 which you rent out at $10 / month and another valued at $1000 which you rent out at $80 / month. The yields are 10% and 8% respectively ... Which would you suggest is the better investment?
The yield on Highpoint is low because it is likely fetching a asset valuation( per SQM or whatever unit you wish) than other properties with a higher yield - which only have a higher yield because their asset value (per SQM etc.) is lower than Highpoints.
In my books, that makes the more valuable one the one to keep...
