Nursery, I am prepared to concede a little on this. The legal system has generally been a no go zone unless one was very rich or favoured with legal aid.
However my main point remains that there has been a major change where the law is now applied differently to different religions, races or politics. The ideal that justice should be blind and equal has been replaced by ideals of subjective "equity".
