One has to wonder at what point ALDP balance the dissemination of information in order to keep an orderly market with the withholding of information which has the potential to create a false market.

If ESI are out of the picture, and the imminent announcement does not unconditionally state this, then imho, a false market exists.

A potentially DPI created disorderly market, which may in fact disqualify ESI from the ALDP process via inferential lack of admission,,,,

Unless ESI are allowed to conditionally state they are still in relevant Program correspondence ( ALDP )no matter what the wording of the impending announcement, a false market exists imho.

If ESI are no longer engaged in the Program, the lack of relevant forward moving ALDP correspondence from the DPI or need to correspond with the DPI per ALDP after today would imply ESI were not successful.

ALDP seem to be cake eating cake hoarders . Let's see what Adam can say about this catch 22 predicament
