Interesting, 2 full pages in the weekend AFR on this deal with Shell.
The 2200 word article by Angela, focuses on how Shell were arm-wrestled into taking up 80% of Crux (1 of the stranded fields that this minnow in Oz would have brought to full fledged production given its current state of affairs with the FID, financing & timeframe).
I suppose nxt move should come around when the HOA becomes 'binding' in a couple of months time. Other then that, not much to say. Unless, they plan to flog the 17% off to someone.
FWIW's the Stena Clyde's still at the yard in Portland (Vic), so hope that they get it for LTS#1 spud in April.
