Fundamentally it really is worthy of that. I can't remember ever seeing such mispricing of a stock, not in modern times with algorithmic trading at least. Usually the computers would pick them up automatically and prevent such stocks from reaching such lows, and you'd be forced to pay quite a large premium for a stock of such high quality. CUV should really prove to anyone hesitant about stock picking that despite the prevalence of algorithmic trading, there still is the opportunity to find stocks that are being significant mispriced based on EXISTING fundamentals (not future predicted fundamentals).
