During the Children Overboard
Affair (in a previous election)
the regime tricked the media
(as well as voters) that the
photos were genuine.

And it later turned out
the Howard regime
had falsified them.

The Aussie media do not
like 'being played for
fools' - so it was no
surprise that even
Murdoch outlets
savaged the
regime in
the 2007
election.

The Howard regime forgot the
FIRST LAW of jounalism and
especially photo journalism.
