Todays West Australia the REIWA board says housing land shortgages, couple of pages on the larger land developers say their is no shortgage their are hundreds of land for sale. To get to the chicken farm and buy fresh eggs, I drive through new 6 new estates. Over the course of 14months, I see vacant lots, still no houses, and the same old 4 sale signs, some of the lots I think are very cheap @140,000 20min to the city, so whats the problem. No shortgages in the WA. Or are they too picky and choosy
