Remember Ichi's call: Accumulate POS (buy) on any low volume price pull back!
That means that if there is low volume and that is the reason why the price falls (eg. today), then buy it. Think of it this way. He's saying that the market is caught napping on this share and its falling only because there is not a lot of buyers interested and there is not that many sellers that are moving the price lower, so get it done before others wake up to it
