Didn't anyone read the Crux paragraph whereby it states "the company is currently in preliminary discussions with multiple interested parties". I repeat MULTIPLE INTERESTES PARTIES. That means when one fails another will still be there discussing. Don't you think management will execute a deal once the cap raising is complete??
Now if you were doing a rights issue for retail investors, wouldn't it be nice to announce something nice BEFORE the entitlement off ends to increase interest dramatically.
Think about it friends, if the price is 50 cents plus, most will take up the rights issue won't they??
Therefore, once this cap raising is complete, the price will go up BEFORE the end of the entitlement offer.
Think about things before jumping from tall buildings please, think about your kids and family before making rash decisions.
