Most of the share placement went to existing substantial holders. Some did end up with a few traders and we may have seen them exit the stock already...but the majority of the placement is in stong long termer hands.
The top 20 holders account for 54% of the total issued shares in POH- and no they would not sell out for 40cts tomorrow - they expect based on company presentations and having done their own due dilligence to make several times that figure in due course....
