Wouldn't rely on it too much though. I think your right stock would be doing well, as least versus the vicious market, if people knew what was going on. As it is, without knowing project costs or how that will be funded, it takes bit of leap of faith. Not to say the leap could not be rewarded but many will wait. So down it goes, pretty much at the same rate as it peers at a guess.
