    Plucker is correct IMHO.

    No chance.

    Stokes won't be selling for less than (say) $4-$5 per share.

    Nobody will be making a T/O offer in that ballpark so I will be expecting "no deal" on the T/O front.

    This is one big advantage of having Stokes at 51% there is no way this company will be sold at a fire-sale price and anyone thinking of offering $2 per share right now or even $3 per share would be told "you're dreaming".
