There is actually a heck of alot more to CCC's rise than that. I agree though that the flooding has probably been the ignition that we needed to start the re-rating along with Africa being included in the BRI and increasing interest from China and India.
There will be an astonishing amount of strong announcements over the next few months which will add substantial fundamental value to CCC which will keep the candle burning for quite a while.
