You may not be selling for a few months then? There will be much rebuilding to do after the water goes down, in particular making the mines safe to work in, due to weakening by the water that may have made the pits or underground mines unstable.
There would need to be major electrical work done, like re wiring for lighting and possibly communications just to name a few things?
