Fuzz, I agree that back then we had the COA's dark cloud looming over our heads.
But why is it taking so long if its a straight forward undisputed tenement? Does the SIG not want major money injected into their country? Maybe they don't like money! All we can do is speculate and I'd rather not in case I get shot down for down ramping!
