Imagine (hypothetical) the $250mil programme budget being approved at the Santos board meeting
Kevin says: "We need $250mil appropriated for Bedout basin appraisal"
Board member says: "That's a quarter of a billion dollars Kevin - are you sure we will get a return on that??"
Kevin say: "Yes we believe this is the start of a whole new oil province in the NWS ! "
