You should note they have Not ratified the agreement as well.
it's a bit rich to be blaming Aust for that. The political situation over there is they think they can get more.
Imho...If they want to claim Australia is dragging it's feet...they should prove first, they have fulfilled their end of the bargain...so companies like ours can get our PSC to go drilling.
