You misunderstand. I didn’t say it isn’t widespread. But there is corrupt and there is corruption……the open and rampant corruption in certain parts of Asia and Africa can’t be compared to Australia, the U.S. etc where we have a free Press ever-ready to expose corporations corruption…you cannot equate the two.
