Thanks for your thoughts on the reserve translation process.
I see the need for prooven reserves to enable debt funding as I hope the plant build will be via debt not increase in SOI.
I may have missed it but has DEG appointed investment advisors as yet? I am sure there are many players that would take on a private debenture for such a purpose. Having no other debt taking on 1st ranking debt instrument would be palatable to many.
