    The deal announced this morning where they are in negotiations with RBS to buy Williams and Glynn which has 307 branches in England,Wales and Scotland is either going to accretive or it won't be done.. Has the capacity to add huge value given they are buying it from a distressed seller who is on a time line to divest...
