It does make sense.
He was sleeping better because it helped his shoulder OA pretty quickly. To complicate things, though, his shoulders are now practically skin and bone because of the MND, resulting in poor sleep again, so he is becoming less 'bouncy' but still himself.
I don't understand why the changes we see are happening so much faster than I expected (not saying there aren't continuing changes in the pipeline).
Do you think being underweight accelerates or heightens the effect somehow?
