Macrae 12,the Discovery Option has been exercised by way of notice & intention as such in the recent quarterly report-31-1-07.For Uran to formally transact the deal there were certain requirements to be fulfilled being-SRK due dilligence & cofirmatory reports on the ISL x2 deposits in question plus Pricewaterhouses' valuation of true & fair value. It has never been mentioned in any ASX announcement that it had to NECESSARILY be the Ukrainian deal that could be the basis for Uran to acquire Discovery Minerals.
