I think the answer in this case is to to consider the many permutations that are open here, ie. discovery, czech, ukraine, us? etc. How would management best manage release of information to achieve the desired end result? What is the end result?

IMO this whole process, the Uran directors that is, is an orchestration for an end result. While I have my thoughts, I believe this is to a devised plan, and being laid out by directors, ultimatley for the benefit of shareholders.

While I believe your comments have much credence, I'm thinking their is a bigger picture here, these guys/gals are playing this one out, they have a plan, I'm going to hang out to see what it is.
