What you are after is the VWAP
The volume weighted average price (VWAP).
That eliminates the daily shinanigans
The accumulation question is best answered by getting a copy of the top 50 shareholders ( recently posted on here by someone ... shouldn't be but was )... and compare it to the same document say a month or week or day later... will then show you if top 50 is accumulating or offloading
