As already mentioned use VWAP. To see if accumulation happens I suggest you look at indicators such as Balance of Power, Money Flow and Chaikins Money Flow. The last 3 can show you accumulation. Volume and SP can also give an indication (trading in a range is usually the sign). That is at least what I use (bear in mind I'm just a random guy on the internet).
