My above reply answers this as the money is flowing into the company (pun intended). It is essentially drying up the current supply which primes it for a jump in SP should a catalyst (like we have a few coming up) or a bigger player come around.
If you bring up CMF you'll see an increase lately while trading in a tight range. Supply is also low on the depth chart (not a reliable indicator). This is why I've taken a position a few days ago. It normally indicates accumulation and primes it for a big run.
