No TO until the JORC is the conventional wisdom but I wonder? Assume RMS are keen to add Grace to Penny but have to justify a TO to the Board.
RMS geos could use sophisticated JORC calculating software, feed in the drill results and recovery rates and get a pretty good JORC estimate.
Except that Alex has shut down those results and delayed his own JORC calculation.
RMS is stymied while Alex builds a blocking stake.
If that's right we will get results when a cheap TO is impossible.
