There won’t be a live stream as the agm includes a provision to vote on allowing technology for agms and meetings in future.
Also making everyone aware that the agm notes plainly states that no director is aware of any proposal to either acquire or take a significant portion of the company. Likely wandering into a class action if there is an acquisition soon that doesn’t suit shareholders as it would run contrary to this specific declaration.
Think management is planning to be there in riot gear really, unless they try and distract with an announcement before the meeting tomorrow.
