The President Chivite Government of Navarra defends in Sangüesa the need to counteract depopulation with business projects and services for the areaIn a meeting with municipal representatives, she has presented initiatives for more than 15 million to promote the industrial parks of Rocaforte and Lumbier and improve educational and technological infrastructures..The Government of Navarra plans to end 2021 with a total investment of 4.65 million euros in CENER's Rocaforte plant, the largest investment since 2012. In addition, this figure may be increased through Next Generation funds, since the Regional Executive and the technology center are working together to start up a new testing laboratory. If so, it would mean allocating another 14 million to the area between 2021 and 2023.
Other business initiatives are added to this center, such as Mina Muga, a potash mine project by the Geoalcali company, which will involve an investment of 576 million in two phases, of which 60 have already been executed, and the creation of 800 jobs directors when the mine is operational.
