Section 1b."Within 45 days of receiving the assessment and information described in section 1(a) of this order …"45-day interval began on morning of 22 DEC 2018.Finishes at end of business day or night of 4 FEB 2019.
Information collected was in the first Assessment. An Evaluation of this information will be in the 2nd report. The EO authorizes specific actions on the findings of the second report (Evaluation), where specific foreign actors will be identified and Sanctions, such as blocking assets, will be recommended.
