Hi Efed - if deal is not finalised, halve the SP and a bit more. The chance of a NO vote if we get no other bidders is pretty much zero. Apart from what I expect will be an overwhelmingly YES vote, every share bought today is for a 30% profit (4 x that annualised).
The sentiment I think overwhelmingly, is to take the 45 and move on.
