COI is not the only potential gas company with large unexploited reserves and potential - look at STX and WGO - SP's going nowhere, despite some tentative off takes etc. With Labor government's continuing to pretend Australia can become totally decarbonised, and ban all new O&G projects, to appease "greens" and other climate change hysterics, these companies will languish. COI should be thankful that the Qld Premier is way less loopy than Chairman Dan, whose refusal to allow Victorian gas field to be developed, may / should help other sources get validated sooner to relieve the critical East Coast gas shortage. So, unless STO takes out Mahalo, COI is going nowhere fast IMHO.
