To put it simply its market sentiment in general that prevents this companies SP from increasing substantially. There is another co in this sector with the same issue. They've been releasing announcements that on the face of it sound good but the SP rarely moves. Sure it may increase a few percent as new investors buy in on those announcements but within a few weeks it's back languishing at lows. It just can't sustain a rerate and this co is no different. If the majority of the market has no confidence in the BOD the SP will stagnant. There's some companies in the mining sector that have stagnated for several years and will never go anywhere. Is it possible this company could do the same? Who knows...I suppose the market will eventually decide
