    No, I am saying gold price will be restrained from moving higher than is permitted.

    The current system is maintained on confidence and confidence only. The price of gold (xauusd) will be allowed to rally only to the extent that it does not threaten public confidence, and the xauusd trading arena is under total control for that purpose.
