And telling the market that nothing will happen until the NGP is completed, and not before 2018, is not going to entice anyone to dig deep in their pockets either.
Many things can happen in two years time and that is a fact.
Perhaps if they were to start drilling and improve reserves and sign up some contracts or GSA it could help but we aren't doing that are we.??
After all most GSA agreements are only based on prices prevalent to the date of supply........not before.
....Nor have we signed up any agreement with NGP either, and who knows if and when we will be ready to do so, if we will be able to get some spice available/allocated to us.
