In simple terms, it's part of continuous disclosure rules that advises the market when directors holdings increase or decrease. Point is, directors have little skin in the game and with all this recent FGP activity, many would be hoping the directors showed a bit on interest in their own company. It's called leading the way, demonstrating confidence in their decisions and plans. Without it, it's just BAU for CLZ of old. So on point, no 3Ys for a long time.
