A little brainstorming on how The Principals Funds Management Company (TPFM) can fund, guide and save NET.
1. TPFM takes over NET and stops all IT and Telco activity. NET can convince TPFM that there is an end in the endless losses in sight. maybe the TPFM company tells NET to expand their sales of labrador pups. Or maybe reduce costs by not using NET premises for personal accommodation and for business purposes for other companies.
2. NET cuts costs. TPFM company supports NET if the key staff only get paid in performance shares plus $1 for their wages. This will push senior staff to perform like they never have.
3. TPFM company enforces transparency in NET expenses. This would really push costs down. R and D, administration costs and wages would be exposed for what they really are. Even with revenue dribbling in; lower costs would see a real turnaround. NET might even post its first profit.
4. TPFM company could curtail the number of promises being made. Let's face it, NET's promises have never amounted to much. Share price would go up as a result of improved confidence.
5. TPFM company would screen future partnerships and review the mysterious 30,000 sales reps in China. This means that the TPFM company would boost credibility in NET. Another upward shift in the share price.
6. Replace key senior staff at NET. If TPFM company did that it would lead to a rally unlike anything anyone has seen in the ASX for years. TPFM could even replace key senior staff with a labrador dog and the share price would skyrocket.
NET shareholders can start feeling very good about TPFM company. It could really be a big blue sky for NET and a new major shareholder like TPFM company.
So come on NET get TPFM company involved.
