You are correct in that those responsible for the NET disaster did make an absurd amount of money needlessly and delivered nothing but promises and waste. However, had those same individuals actually did their job their options and shares would have been worth an amazing amount of money. The value of those shares held by management and others are now worth absolutely nothing. That is the bitter truth for those that wrecked NET. Payback is a bitch!
