No one seems to want to answer the basic question of where all the money went, where is any money now being generated going and why the governance was so poor.

All the various other responders to your posts are only trying to avoid the key questions.

If they are the CEO then based on his reported very large salary (annual reports), which for a business in this state is so far outside the normal, it doesnt surprise me that he is trying to avoid any scrutiny. Especially with his new role where he will be trying to brush over this massive waste of money and lack of transparency.
