I've read that the most polluted food in the world [excluding China I assume] is Scandinavian salmon. I no longer eat Tasmanian salmon either in spite of its attraction on the plate. I buy no seafood from the supermarkets and the fish mongers are on the other side of town.
BTW Avoid bazza like the plague.
