You clearly dont understand approvals and what it take to acquire them, DYL with WA gov approvals still needs a number of them, maybe you should read some of my posts on approvals.
It also take a good Uranium management team to move a project forward and cash which TOE don't have and are very likely to do a CR before to long.
And all this will hold this company SP back it may move up slowly if there a move in the overall sector but nothing like what the much better companies with a clearer path forward.... pointless pumping wont move the SP, that a fools feel good paradise...!!!!
