There is only a touch over 95million full shares now that's a respectable amount in anyone's book, and i wouldn't look at the management for nothing except a big for sale sign. Every company out there world wide knows what Toro has and is up against with the like of the ALP etc. But the closer we get to a change of government or a change in the thinking of the government because of outside pressure the more the sale price will go up. i bet there is at least four or five companies biding there time and if waiting too long they will miss out to another.
