I would humbly suggest that you should take a look at what George Jones has managed to put in place with GBG. You don't need to be a rocket scientist to figure that just maybe he would be working on a similar arrangement with SDL and another Chinese group, be it Ansteel or whoever. I fully understand the differences in the projects however, George obviously has terrific relationships in the upper echelons of the Chinese steel industry and he certainly has a vested interest in getting SDL working. No easy solutions of course but SDL may have a better chance than most, despite the location and the crap capital markets at present.
