is that FML will always have to remain at arms length in any dealings with CRE
They won't be able to share resources and all transactions between the entities will be closely watched by Auditors
It is clear to me that FML made a major mistake in not ensuring that they could move to compulsary acquisition--I think they were too complacent.
The remain shareholders will make them pay---a lot now or a lot more later---take your pick
Very poor effort by FML management--who is to be sacked ?
